Had a fantastic stay in a downtown hotel! LOVED the rooms with balloons & the mini cake. the rooftop pool with a nice view was breathtaking. Would definitely choose it again! the pool was even better than on photos!

The service provided by the staff, especially Marriam, was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the beach location and family-friendly activities added great value to our vacation. However, the quality of the sofa beds and room cleanliness could be improved for a better experience.

The beach and pools were easily accessible from our room, the ocean view was stunning, and the staff, especially the check-in employee, were super kind. The spa and wellness center offered a relaxing full body massage and the rooftop pool had a lovely sun terrace. However, I was surprised to find no dust bins in the room or washroom, and some broken flooring in the restaurant could be a tripping hazard. 🌊

Enjoyed my son's time at the kids' water park. Friendly staff made our anniversary special with a beautifully decorated room and delicious cake. Clean room with pleasant sea views. Spa and gym were great. A few dining disappointments, but overall a lovely stay at Radisson Resort Ras Al Khaimah.

The breakfast was a highlight with a great variety, yet it was bustling on Sunday. Coffee accessibility could improve. The location was good, but a beach view would enhance the experience. The hospitality was exceptional, and the staff made us feel at home. The relaxing spa and pool facilities, along with nearby landmarks like Marjan Island, enriched our family bonding experience.

The room was cozy and had everything I needed, like fast Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The private entrance made me feel like I had my own little beach retreat, and the balcony in the triple room offered beautiful views.

I personally found the air conditioning a bit too chilly, but others might like it.

The location of the hotel on Al Marjan Island was perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. the quiet surroundings were a welcome break from the city. the kids' pool was absolutely marvelous and provided a great place for children to have fun and enjoy themselves.

One thing I found frustrating was the split reception. I was initially directed to the reception nearest to the beach, only to find out that I had to cross the swimming pool area to get to the other part of the hotel where my room was located.

The private entrance to our quadruple room made us feel like celebrities entering a VIP event. It was like having our own little slice of paradise, away from the hustle and bustle of the main hotel.

Special thanks to the service manager, Mr Roshan. the location near great restaurants and lounges was a plus, and the spacious room with a comfy bed and sea view added to the experience.

The surprise balloon decoration and complimentary chocolate cake for our son's birthday was an incredibly sweet touch. this was one of the best stays we've ever had, with every staff member going out of their way to ensure our experience was superb.
